We are currently developing 50 King Charles & 7 Paragon Grove; a combined block of 19 High-end luxury Apartments (with even mixture of 1 bed, 2 bed, 3 bed) in Surbiton, London. The block is a new build development with private ground floor car park space with a commercial unit situated on the corner of Berrylands Road and King Charles Road.
We have four projects which are commencing in 2018, which we estimate will generate a total GDV of £12.8m. We are offering investors an intended annual return of 10% on their investment. Investment funds will be used to enhance acquired projects and/or to purchase carefully selected off-market deals as when they are presented.
